Edlund invented these original can openers 75 years ago, and they have set the standard in foodservice ever since. Now Edlund has improved them to meet the even tougher requirements of today's foodservice operations. With a smoother-action base design, long-wearing spool and rust-resistant arbor, you just can't copy Edlund's quality. The can opener has a rust-resistant melonite arbor to make the gear changing easier. It also has a replaceable plastic base insert, which provides smooth glide action and reduces wear on the can opener shaft. The delrin plastic spool reduces friction against the handle for improved wear. The can opener is in a convenient table style, so that it can be used on any table or countertop in your kitchen. Made of tough plated steel construction, the can opener is heavy duty enough to be used for up to 25 cans a day.

Not good enough. :( I thought that Edlund Manual Can Opener by Edlund is one of the best on the market, but I am very disappointed.
